What we are going to make:

Jack and I would like to make a 3 dimensional map of the Oregon country which includes the Rookie Mountains as the 3 dimensional pieces. To help us with that we are going to use real journal entries from people who went on the trail and map there trek. Also including a description about the trip.



Sharing the work:

We will use Google to record journal entries that one of us has found. Also we are going to take pictures of the map and if possible put that on Google docs.



Deadlines:



By April 5, 2010 have the map done. With mountains on and states labeled.

By April 9, 2010 have a journey mapped out based on journal entries.

By April 12, 2010 have reasons for moving. May extend date depending.

By April 14, 2010 have Tasks & Chores and Food & Clothing descriptions done.

By April 18, 2010 have Dangers & Hardships and Fun & Amusement descriptions done.

By April 21, 2010 have Frontier Justice and Frontier Towns descriptions done.

By April 25, 2010 have everything done!





People who are going to \look at our project:



We would like to have one of the art teachers to look at our map, to see if it looks neat enough. We would also like to have jack’s mom look at project to check for errors.
